Young Models

I’m lucky to have had the opportunity to build a career by doing what I love. I have always been an advocate for the employees and wanted to make a difference in L&D content and systems to drive performance and improve retention. I am a believer of simplicity and building career programs based on what people need to know to be successful in their careers. 
I have been in a number of leadership roles and have come to  understand that leaders are motivators and are skilled at getting people to their highest potential through understanding their needs and strengths. I believe that  people are a company's greatest asset and, as leaders, we pave the way to make them shine.

Throughout the years, I’ve had the great fortune to work on some truly inspiring projects. It has taught me so much about working with people and leveraging my collaboration skills among other skills needed to meet stakeholder needs. I am a hybrid L&D professional that is knowledgeable and willing to engage in all aspects of L&D from initial analysis and design, to delivery and evaluation.
